  • Review Process: Our customer service team will review the complaint to determine if the digital delivery meets our high standards before approving a refund.
  • Warranty: For any third-party software or manufacturer-warranted tools provided with the course, please refer to the original provider’s terms.

3. Refund Processing

  • Approval: Once a refund is reviewed and officially approved by Upgrade with English Ka Professor, the transaction will be initiated immediately.
  • Timeline: It will take approximately 7 days for the refunded amount to reflect in your original payment method.
