- Eligibility Period: We offer a refund or exchange window within the first 1 day from the date of your purchase.
- Expiration: If 1 day has passed since your transaction, we cannot offer you a return, exchange, or refund of any kind.
2. Conditions for Digital & Physical Assets
To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
- Unused Status: For digital courses, the student must not have accessed more than the introductory module; for physical materials, items must be in the same condition as received.
- Original Packaging: Any physical study kits or books must remain in their original, unopened packaging.
- Sale Items: Please note that items purchased during a promotional sale may be exempted from return or exchange eligibility.
- Defects: We only replace items (such as books or digital links) if they are found to be defective or technically damaged at our end.
3. Process and Approval
- Exempted Services: Certain specialized coaching sessions or one-on-one modules may be exempted from refunds; these will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.
- Inspection: Once your return request or physical item is received, we will notify you via email.
- Final Decision: After a formal quality check, if your request is approved, the refund or exchange will be processed in accordance with our academy policies.
